Working Hours Shift-based, 8 working hours per day with a 60-minute break
Days Off 8-10 days per month, 115 days annually

Probation Period 3 months (No change in salary or benefits)
Expected Salary JPY 210,000 - 350,000 per month, determined based on experience, qualifications, and current compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to guests in accordance with BVLGARI standards
- Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and maintain dining areas to ensure an exceptional guest environment
- Process guest payments and handle cash register operations
- Support VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence initiatives
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent communication skills
- Valid authorization to work in Japan

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail brands
- English communication skills
- Experience serving international guests
- Interest in building a career in Food & Beverage operations
- Previous experience with Marriott International brands
No prior hospitality experience is required.
