About the Role
Do you love Osaka and enjoy sharing its culture, history, and vibrant character with travelers from around the world? Guydeez is seeking passionate, knowledgeable locals who speak Italian or French to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No prior guiding experience is required — just your insight, enthusiasm, and warm personality.
Language Requirement
Fluency in Italian or French is required.
Your Role
- Lead private walking tours for small groups of international travelers
- Tailor each tour to guests’ interests
- Share authentic insights into Osaka’s culture, landmarks, and cuisine
- (Optional) Host food-focused tours for guests interested in local dining

- Pay: 22,000 JPY/day + performance bonuses
- Schedule: Flexible — typically 2–8 hours/day

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Osaka’s culture, history, and landmarks
- Fluent in Italian or French
- Friendly, engaging personality
- Prior guiding or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for local food and traditions is an advantage

- Typical tour duration: 3–8 hours
- Overtime: Not required — complete flexibility
- Work mode: In-person walking tours; administrative tasks like communication, scheduling, and training may be done remotely
