Job Description:
As a member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR).
As a core member of the Finance team, you will play a vital role in strengthening accounting operations, proposing improvements to financial processes, and contributing to company-wide initiatives from a finance perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including payment processing and billing/collection management (AP/AR)
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Monitor and reconcile account balances
- Support development and improvement of accounting processes
- Assist in preparing a variety of financial reports
- Compile and analyze financial and operational data
- Assist in the preparation of tax filing documentation
Required Experience and Skil ls:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in finance, accounting, or banking
(Career breaks are acceptable)
- Experience supporting or partially handling monthly closing activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- English proficiency is preferred but not required
