We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and accelerate the adoption of our innovative solutions in a market that is still developing. Based in Tokyo, you will manage strategic customers, prospect new key accounts, and help shape our commercial presence in Japan.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within major accounts.

Promote and deploy our latest innovations and solutions to existing customers.

Prepare tenders and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal teams (product, deployment, services, marketing).

Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers from store level to C-suite.

Develop partnerships with integrators and ecosystem players.

Contribute to business plans, forecasts, and revenue targets; update CRM and share market insights.

Represent the company at client events and trade shows.
