We are looking for a resource with Japanese Bilingual capability and solid hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Subscriber & Signalling/SDM Nodes on Telco Clouds.
Skills:
Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows
Candidate should have end-to-end understanding of Subscriber & Signalling domain
Should have strong understanding of Cloud environment and how S&S solution/Nodes are deployed on cloud
Candidate should have prior experience in independently maintaining and troubleshooting Subscriber and Signalling nodes, analysing logs
Performing RCA and sharing Reports within the agreed SLA independently
Perform health checks and troubleshooting from logs captured and provide solutions within SLA
Should have experience in resolving different issues related to Node Reachability, FM/PM and other KPIs
Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark etc.
Good working experience in Linux, VMWare, Dockers & Containers, OpenStack, OpenShift
Working knowledge on S&S Nodes like AAA, One NDS, SDL (Shared Data Layer), Registers (HLR/HSS, UDM/AUSF), One-EIR, SCP, CSD, STP, U-DRA, NPC, EIR etc.
Ability to mentor junior L2 engineers and lead troubleshooting sessions
Roles & Responsibilities:
Independently perform Log collection & Analysis, health checks and facilitate troubleshooting sessions between Customer & Global Care
Lead RCA – Resolution, MOP/Troubleshooting Plan of Action, change implementation including feasibility study, testing, MOP updates and instructing L2 teams to perform changes in the window
Reproduction of issues in customer Lab to collect additional logs for analysis
Drive CR Implementation approval process by initiating LNI Process
Lead Technical Sync with Local Japan L2 (live troubleshooting jointly with Remote Engr and Japan Eng via RDC)
Communication for Access (Separate chat group between Remote Engr and Local Engr)
Communication with CCTL in access approval workflow
Japanese Translation of MOP & RCA
Change Implementation (RDC as needed)
Post validation of Logs and System
SF ticket creation and communication with 3LS till closure
For Emergency Cases – lead remote support for recovery such as log analysis, troubleshooting support and handling tickets post recovery
Relevant Experience:
3–5 years with minimum 2+ years in Subscriber & Signalling domain
Strong Communication skills – Team handling skills – Analytical skills – Presentation skills
Mandatory Language Skill: Intermediate Bilingual Japanese and English
Mandatory Skills: Telecom Telco Cloud Orchestrator .
Experience: 3-5 Years .
