We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead cafeteria operations in the Kansai area.
This is an opportunity to work in an international environment, create meaningful food experiences for children and educators, and maintain a healthy work-life balance without late-night restaurant hours.
【Essential Functions】
・Cooking from Scratch with love
・Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
・Creating monthly menus
・Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
・Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.
・Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.
[Requirement]
・Minimum 2 years in a similar position or 5 years as a senior cook.
・Ability to communicate in Japanese
・Knowledge of computers is a plus.
・Must have a valid visa to work in Japan.
・Willingness to learn and be motivated.
・Must be good with children.
・Must be punctual and be a team player.
