仕事内容:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal/Household Assistant to support a CEO with daily personal tasks, home management, and lifestyle coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, hands-on environment and can confidently handle a blend of personal support and household organization.
The ideal candidate is based in Japan, speaks fluent Japanese and English, and can manage a variety of personal and professional tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and errands
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking, itineraries, and packing prep
- Oversee household logistics, deliveries, services, and maintenance scheduling
- Handle personal admin tasks such as bill payments, reminders, purchases, and record-keeping
- Accompany the CEO to appointments, meetings, and trips when needed
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, and others in both English and Japanese
- Ensure seamless support between personal and professional responsibilities
Requirements
- Currently residing in Japan
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in personal assistance, household management, or executive support preferred
- Highly organized, discreet, and trustworthy
- Flexible schedule with ability to travel or work occasional evenings/weekends
- Confident using digital tools (calendar apps, messaging platforms, task management tools)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting high-profile individuals or executives
- Valid driver’s license in Japan
- Familiarity with basic budgeting, vendor negotiation, or home organization tools

勤務時間・曜日:
Shift System Schedule
- Working 8hrs a day
- 40 hrs per week
- Shifts are within 5am to 8pm.
休暇・休日:
- 2 days off per week (Saturday & Sunday)
- Japanese Holiday Off
勤務地:
- This job is a hybrid set up with ocassional face to face meeting with the CEO.
給与:
- Posted Salary Range is still negotiable depending to skills and experiences.
