Job Description: Japan Country Finance and Accounting Supervisor
Country finance and accounting supervisor supervises all finance and accounting tasks in Japan, monitors team staffs’ work and provide them an adequate guidance and/or support when necessary. His or her main charters are described, but not limited to the description below.

Requirement
-
Solid understanding of IFRS and JGAAP
-
Experience overseeing financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance activities
-
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes (FP&A)
-
Knowledge of cash flow and fund management
-
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders to support decision making
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
-
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a finance team
-
Business-level fluency in English
This position will be engaged in any ad hoc project as F&A or country representative when necessary.
