Opportunity for a ¥50/h raise after 1 month based on performance!

:coffee: What You Will Do
A dynamic, rewarding role combining retail customer service and cafe work:
Customer Care & Sales: Greet tourists, recommend products, and handle cashier duties.
Cafe Operations: Serve simple Japanese tea drinks, matcha, light food, and beverage items.
Store Setup & SNS: Assist with store displays, product restocking, and taking photos for social media.
Basic Operations: Manage inventory and organize daily sales data.

MUST:
Conversational/Customer service proficiency in English, Chinese, or other foreign languages (Conversational Japanese is a plus!).
Friendly, welcoming attitude with a strong interest in customer service.
Team player who works well with others.
Able to work at least 3 days/week (15–20 hours) OR 4+ days/week.
WANT (Preferred, not required):
Experience in retail sales, customer service, cafe, or restaurant settings.
