About the Role:
You will join the Tokyo HR team for a famous global premium brand. In this role, you will focus on internal hiring—finding the right people for the business, helping them grow, and supporting the team as a key partner.
The Role:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the retail network in Japan, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner closely with the HR Director to deliver effective hiring strategies and identify top talent.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks for current and future hiring needs.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and general HR administration.
Lead employer branding and engagement initiatives, including job fairs, campus recruitment, office events, and related HR projects.

What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency background are both welcome).
Proven track record working successfully within a fast-paced environment.
Strong direct sourcing capabilities.
Ability to act autonomously with an organized, detail-oriented workstyle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese.
