This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and sell new members and retain existing members for the Club
マーケティング戦略を立案し既存会員の維持、新規メンバーの勧誘をしていただきます。
• 3-5 years of working experience of sales and marketing (preferrable membership club)
• Experience in developing and using CRM.
• Proficient in campaigns and advertising.
• Advanced level of English
• 3-5年のイベントセールスやマーケティング経験(会員制クラブ尚可)
• CRMの開発および使用経験
• ソーシャルメディア管理および広告に精通している。
• 上級以上の英語力
• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote membership.
• Work with the Communications Department to manage the Club’s advertising to obtain leads for new members.
• Analyze data and develop insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials, including email newsletters, flyers, and brochures.
• Assist with the membership onboarding process including conducting facility tours and explain membership onboarding process to prospective members.

• 新たな会員獲得の為、マーケティング＆コミュニケーション部門と協力しながらクラブのソーシャルメディア広告を管理し、魅力的なコンテンツの開発をサポートする
• データを分析し、マーケティングに関する意思決定の為の情報を探る
• メールマガジン、チラシ、パンフレットなどの販促資料を作成・配布する
• 施設見学の実施、入会希望者への入会手続きの説明など、入会手続きをサポートする。
Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging the applications.

5 days/week (Some work on Saturdays)
9:30- 18:00 (7.5hrs / day)
週5日(土曜出勤あり)
