As a Business Analyst, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of sales, logistics, accounting, and international trade by observing workflows and working closely with business teams.
Leveraging AI, you will help design, improve, and ensure the quality of our business systems.

Requirements
- Fluent in English or Japanese
- Able to commute to our office in Osaka
- Proven experience with AI-driven software development using Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools
- Able to define requirements, design systems, and effectively instruct AI to deliver high-quality implementations
- Able to review AI-generated code, perform functional validation, and ensure software quality
- Able to improve AI development processes through prompts, templates, development guidelines, or reusable workflows

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

固定残業代あり：月給 ￥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥78,800（30時間相当分）を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
