プロジェクト計画、予算管理、作業内訳の責任者。
納品物のトラッキングとステークホルダーへの報告。
複雑なビジネスアプリケーションのテストプランの作成、テストシナリオのレビューと作成を担当する。
プロジェクトの技術的側面を理解し、システムアーキテクチャレビューのためのインプットを提供する。
最新のステータス、問題点、リスク、プロジェクトの進捗状況を顧客およびNucleusチームと共有する。
過去のプロジェクトや研究で得た開発技術やビジネス知識を他のメンバーと共有する。
Responsible for project planning, budget management and work breakdown.
Responsible for tracking deliveries and reporting the same to stake holders.
Responsible for creating test plan and review/create test scenarios for complex business applications.
Understand technical aspect of project and provide inputs for system architecture review.
Share the latest status, issues, risks, and the progress of projects with the Customer and Nucleus team.
Share the development technology and business knowledge gained through the work with other members at previous projects and studies.

経験
ソフトウェア開発のシステムエンジニアとして5年以上の必須経験（JAVA、C#、PYTHONなどのプログラミング言語も可）。
JAVA、C#、PYTHONなどのプログラミング言語も可）。
プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上（ジュニアPM、PMどちらでも可）。
ウェブアプリケーションの要件定義、設計、開発、テスト経験。
AWS、AZURE、OCIなど各種クラウドプラットフォームの基本的な理解が必要。
知識とスキル
スコープ、タイムライン、リソース、マイルストーンの計画
C#、JAVA、Pythonなどのプログラミング言語の基礎知識が必要。
PM/エンジニアとしてプロジェクトマネージャー、プロジェクトリードと仕事をした経験。
標準的な要件定義書フォーマットでの要件定義経験。
EXCEL、BUGZILLA、JIRAなどのツールを使用したプロセス管理と文書化。
日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル（口頭、書面）。
ITインフラ、ITセキュリティ、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルに関する技術的知識。
基本的な英語の読み書きができれば尚可。

EXPERIENCE:
⚫ Minimum 5 years of required experience as system engineer for software development (Programming
languages like JAVA, C#, PYTHON, or others are acceptable).
⚫ Minimum 5 years of experience as project management (Both Junior PM and PM is acceptable).
⚫ Requirement definition / Design/ Development and testing experience for web applications.
⚫ Basic understanding of various cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE or OCI is required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
⚫ Plan for the scope, timelines, resources, milestones
⚫ Basic Knowledge of any programming language like C#, JAVA and Python is required.
⚫ Experience working with project manager, project lead as an PM/engineer.
⚫ Experience with defining requirements in standard requirement document formats.
⚫ Process management and documentation using tools such as EXCEL, BUGZILLA, JIRA etc.
⚫ Excellent communication skills in JAPANESE with both verbal and written.
⚫ Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Security and Software Development Lifecycle.
⚫ Basic English reading and writing skill is an advantage.
