本ポジションでは、昇降機（エレベーター・エスカレーター）の新設および改修工事における施工管理マネージャーとして、プロジェクト全体のリードとマネジメントをお任せします。
ビルの建設スケジュールに合わせ、限られた工期の中で、安全・品質・工程・コストを総合的に管理しながらプロジェクトを推進いただきます。営業、顧客、協力会社など多くの関係者と連携し、円滑に業務を進めるコミュニケーション力が重要となるポジションです。
