1. Role & Language Balance in the Field
This is an event-based position. While English is the primary language used on-site, around 30% of our attendees are Japanese speakers who may not speak English. Therefore, you will be strictly required to fully memorize specific, designated Japanese phrases to ensure smooth communication with all guests.
2. Internal Communications & Language Policy
Our official internal language for administrative and management updates is Japanese. Over 70% of our staff are international team members who speak English fluledly; however, all official notifications and directions from headquarters are issued in Japanese.
To ensure smooth operations, candidates must be fully capable of utilizing translation tools (such as AI or Google Translate) to accurately translate, comprehend, and promptly respond to every internal announcement without omission.

Language: 90 percent of our staff are international. English is the main language for internal communication.
Business Communication: However, coordination with Japanese venue managers and official business reports are handled in Japanese.
Requirement: You do not need to be fluent in Japanese, but we only hire people who are proactive enough to use ChatGPT or translation apps to translate Japanese messages into English, understand them accurately, and respond professionally.
Visa and Commitment:
Working Holiday Visa holders: Must have at least 10 months remaining on your visa.
Others: Must be able to guarantee a commitment of at least 1 year.
Selection: Interviews and on-site trials will be conducted entirely in English.
About the Role This is NOT a restaurant job. We are looking for enthusiastic Community Leaders to join our team in Tokyo Shibuya! You will lead events and parties for international visitors, residents, and Japanese participants. Working primarily in English, you will feel like you are working abroad right here in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
Leading international community events and facilitating guest interactions.
Venue Setup and Preparation: Getting the space ready.
Event Reception and Guest Guiding.
Photo and Video Shooting for SNS.
Venue Cleanup and Event Report Creation.
Work Schedule and Location
Location: Shibuya, Tokyo.
Workdays: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
Working Hours: Fridays, Sundays, Mondays: 19:00 - 22:00 Saturdays: 15:00 - 22:00
Shift: 3 to 7 hours per day (negotiable).

Official information and internal updates from HQ are primarily provided in Japanese. It is essential that you use AI translation tools (such as DeepL, ChatGPT, or Google Translate) to accurately understand these instructions and collaborate effectively with the team.
On-site Operations:
The majority of our guests are international travelers and English-speaking locals, so you can handle on-site duties primarily in English.
Japanese Language Commitment:
While the focus is English, learning key Japanese phrases and sentences is required for smooth operations. We understand this takes time, and we are happy to support your learning process as you settle in.
