仕事内容:
You will be teaching English to students aged 4 to 15 — from toddlers and elementary school children to junior high school students. Students attend our after-school English classes once a week and are grouped by level, so you will always be teaching a class that matches your students' abilities.
Your role involves planning lessons based on level-appropriate textbooks, managing your classroom, and delivering engaging instruction. A solid curriculum is already in place, so feel free to bring in your own ideas and creativity to make each lesson as meaningful and effective as possible for your students.
We also have a great team dynamic — teachers often brainstorm and share ideas together when planning lessons.
With a maximum of 8 students per class, classroom management is straightforward and you can give each student the individual attention they deserve.

勤務時間・曜日:
Salary：¥2,500–¥4,000 / hour (based on ability & performance)
