About The Role
We are looking for a bright, motivated Talent Manager with a competitive drive and passion for our growing talent team to recruit new talent into our new work and support our existing roster of creators. This role is a unique blend of leadership, talent discovery, digital strategy, and development. The successful candidate must be passionate about what he or she does, comfortable with working long hours, and ready for constant communication with talent from all over the world. He or she should be excited by the idea of a fast-paced environment on the cutting edge of the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, and digital entertainment and has experience working within the world of social media influencers within the digital ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Identify potential influencers who can fit our JP team and Brand Campaigns.
● Maintaining a good working relationship with talent coordinators for implementing campaigns and taking care of our creators' questions and concerns.
● Management of the talent team in their deliverables, and meeting targets based on agreed contracts.
● Creating KPIs and making sure all KPIs are met by the team.
● Increase the roster of influencers by inviting partnerships for influencers in all YouTube content categories.
● KPI and influencer development planning according to Collab Asia’s brand image.
● Planning, organizing, and executing the business objectives of the team in alignment with influencers, to enable influencers to learn more about their channels' growth.
● Attend relevant industry events and represent Collab.
● Recruit, scout, and maintain channel under Collab Asia Network
● Be a subject matter expert in YouTube, our licensed content and talent roster
● Watch and review video content for our assets with speed and accuracy
● Identify trends and success strategies across many categories of content
● Organized Data in Excel or Google Sheets
● Organized Data in Collab’s Proprietary Software.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 2-3 years of experience,, preferably in the entertainment industry, digital Media industry or Multi Channel Network (MCN)
● Fan of Social media especially YouTube and TikTok
● Expertise and interest in working with digital influencers across multiple platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
● Demonstrated ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals
● Proven ability to self-manage and work collaboratively with multiple departments
● Professional written/verbal communication skills
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Self-starter, highly motivated personality
● Cold-calling and cold-emailing experience preferred.
●Native Level Japanese, Business level English preferred
● Provide leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution internally and externally to ensure timely completion of projects and campaigns.
● Ensure timely deliverables of decks and marketing materials while meeting client expectations and schedules.
