仕事内容:
Vegan Izakaya Nowhere is a cosy independently-run establishment with 22 seats. Most of our customers are overseas tourists, who enjoy the authentic izakaya atmosphere but do not drink heavily.
The successful applicant will undergo a training period and gain experience, before taking on managerial duties.
Duties will include hall and kitchen tasks such as plating up dishes, preparing drinks, serving customers, washing up, cleaning and closing the establishment.
As a manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, that customers are happy and satisfied, and that staff are able to perform to the best of their ability.
Our staff are excellent, so those who enjoy working efficiently and have a passion for customer service, will find this to be an environment where they feel motivated and receive plenty of recognition.
The hourly rate during training is ¥1350 per hour and the length of this period will be shorter for those who can learn quickly. Thereafter, as a manager, a new hourly rate will be set, starting from ¥1500 yen, taking the abilities and experience of the successful applicant into account. Details will be discussed after a successful interview.

Essential Requirements:
- A visa which allows the candidate to work in Japan.
- The ability and willingness to work with us for over one year.
Ideal Candidates:
- Those with experience working front-of-house in the catering industry, or equivalent experience in the service sector.
- Candidates able to converse in both English and Japanese (you don’t need to be at an advanced level!).
- Individuals who value teamwork and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Working Hours : 17:00 – 23:00 ( 2–3 days per week)
Shifts will be flexibly adjusted to accommodate individual circumstances. Details will be discussed at the interview.
