- オーダー受付
- メニュー・料理のご説明
- お料理・ドリンクの提供
- お客様からの質問・ご要望への対応
- キッチンスタッフとの連携
- 店内の清掃・整理整頓
- 開店・閉店作業
- 食品衛生・安全管理
- その他、ホール業務全般
As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for a range of customer service and restaurant duties, including:
- Taking customer orders
- Explaining our menu and dishes
- Serving food and drinks
- Answering customer questions and requests
- Communicating with the kitchen team
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized
- Opening and closing duties
- Food hygiene and safety
- Other general Front of House duties

From the UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka to the heart of Osaka!
Our Fish & Chips was served at the UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, and now we are bringing it to the streets of Osaka!
We are looking for a full-time Front of House Staff member to join our Fish & Chips restaurant at Time Out Market Osaka, Grand Green Osaka.
As our restaurant is directly connected to a hotel, we are welcoming an increasing number of guests from overseas. You will have the opportunity to meet people from different countries and work alongside international team members.
This is also a great environment for English speakers who want to improve their Japanese. You can use English at work while naturally practicing Japanese through everyday interactions with customers and colleagues.

実働8時間＋休憩1時間（拘束9時間） シフト制 10:30～19:30、11:30～20:30、13:30～22:30 など ※その他シフトあり
勤務曜日：
シフト制（週5日勤務） 土日祝を含むシフト制
休日：
週休2日制（シフト制）
