Your mission goes far beyond traditional "guiding." Together with professional wholesalers, you will provide exclusive access to areas usually closed to the general public. You will interpret the deep history, craftsmanship, and unspoken rules of the auction, culminating in an unforgettable, premium sushi experience for our global guests.

- Lead exclusive early-morning tours through the Toyosu Market tuna auction area.
- Deliver deep, engaging storytelling about Japanese food culture, fish market history, and artisan craftsmanship in fluent English.
- Facilitate a smooth, hospitable, and immersive sushi-tasting experience.
【Who We Are Looking For】
- Passion: A genuine love for Japanese food culture, culinary arts, and local traditions.
- English Fluency: Fluent or near-native English ability (capable of sharing deep stories and emotions, not just casual small talk).
- Early Birds: Individuals who genuinely enjoy or want to master the ultimate early-morning lifestyle.

【Terms & Conditions】
- Job Type: Part-time / アルバイト
- Compensation: 10,000 JPY per session (Transportation included)
- Hours: 04:00 AM – 07:30 AM (Approx. 3.5 hours)
- Location: Toyosu Market (Koto-ku, Tokyo)
- Work Schedule: Fully flexible shifts (Depends on your availability and bookings)
- Preferred: Those who can commute to Toyosu comfortably in the early morning (by foot, bicycle, or personal transport) are highly welcome!
