- Location: Toyosu Market (Koto-ku) — early meeting time, so please make sure you can comfortably get there on foot, by bike, or by car
- Requirement: Fluent to near-native English
- Commitment: Spot work — no weekly commitment. Just take shifts whenever you're free

This role is run through WOW, a guide-matching platform operated by Yummy Guide, Inc. Your stage is Toyosu — the world's largest fish market, home to its legendary tuna auction. Alongside professional wholesalers, you'll step into areas usually closed to the public, share the market's history and craftsmanship with international guests in English, and wrap up with a special sushi experience.
