As ZenGroup continues to grow, so does the number of employees. Creating a workplace where every employee can work with both physical and mental well-being has become increasingly important.
Until now, our occupational health initiatives have been managed through collaboration between our occupational physician and HR team. As the company continues to expand, we are entering a new phase where we aim to establish a more structured, sustainable, and scalable occupational health system.
We are looking for someone who will do more than simply take over existing responsibilities. As a member of the HR team, you will play a key role in building the foundation of our occupational health program. In addition to handling day-to-day responsibilities such as leave of absence and return-to-work support, mental health consultations, stress check administration, and health checkup management, you will also identify operational challenges, improve workflows and internal policies, and help develop educational programs and organizational processes.
Working closely with our occupational physician, you will help design and implement the occupational health system that best supports our employees and our growing organization. An equally important part of this role is sharing your expertise with the HR team to build a sustainable system that does not rely on a single specialist.
If you are passionate about applying your professional expertise while contributing to organizational development as an HR professional, this position offers both significant ownership and meaningful impact.
- Conduct consultations and provide support for employees experiencing mental health or other health-related concerns
- Support employees throughout leave of absence and return-to-work processes, including follow-up to help prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with the occupational physician, including scheduling consultations and sharing relevant information
- Manage the company’s stress check program and provide follow-up support for employees identified as high risk
- Plan, administer, and continuously improve employee health checkup programs and related workflows
- Plan and deliver employee health education and mental health training programs
- Develop and improve internal policies and procedures related to leave of absence and return-to-work processes
- Coordinate with external organizations such as medical institutions and return-to-work support facilities
- Propose and implement improvements to the company’s occupational health system as the organization grows
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to HR team members to strengthen the organization’s overall occupational health capabilities
- At least 2 years of practical experience in occupational health, health guidance, or mental health support
- Experience conducting employee consultations or counseling sessions
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and proactively drive projects forward
- Proficiency with standard office software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience in occupational health within a corporate environment
- Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification
- Experience working closely with occupational physicians, including coordinating consultations
- Experience supporting employees through leave of absence and return-to-work processes
- Experience managing workplace stress check programs
- Experience planning and administering employee health checkups
- Experience planning and delivering employee health education or training programs
- Experience in HR or labor administration
- Business-level or conversational English communication skills
- Experience providing health services in government agencies, medical institutions, hospitals, or clinics
- Someone who enjoys building systems
You don’t just follow existing processes—you enjoy thinking about what a better occupational health system should look like and continuously improving policies, processes, and operations.
- Someone who can collaborate across teams
You can effectively work with occupational physicians, HR, managers, and other stakeholders to move projects forward smoothly.
- Someone who enjoys sharing knowledge
You believe expertise should be shared, not kept to yourself. You enjoy educating colleagues and helping strengthen the organization’s overall capabilities.
- Someone who wants to support the company as an HR professional
Beyond being a healthcare specialist, you are motivated to contribute to employee well-being and organizational growth as an integral member of the HR team.
- Someone who embraces change
You thrive in a growing organization, adapt positively to change, and are comfortable taking initiative in an evolving environment.
