仕事内容:
As a Japanese Speaking Tour Coordinator, part of the Branch Operations Team, you will process tour enquiries and bookings for travel arrangements including day tours, transfers, coach bookings, car-hire, and travel insurance; working over the telephone and on-line alongside local staff based in Australia. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare quotes and itineraries
- Provide literature and information on local tours and places of interest
- Confirm travel and accommodation reservations and inform clients of bus, plane, ship and train connections; as well as notifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, medical and visa requirements
- Provide information on tourist attractions or tours available, and procedures regarding lost or stolen documents; as well as climates and customs, relevant government regulations and use of credit cards ;
- Liaising with external stakeholders

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English & Japanese
· Experience in the travel industry is preferred, but not essential
· Previous experience working overseas, preferably in Australia
· Strong time management abilities and capacity for multitasking
· High level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
· Professional demeanour, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively in a team setting
