Position Overview
We are currently looking for individuals based in Tokyo to support local activities involving small groups of visitors.
This role focuses on communication, local orientation, and ensuring that each activity runs smoothly in a structured and professional environment.
Main Duties
- Accompany visitors during scheduled activities across different areas of Tokyo
- Provide general insights about the city’s environment and daily life
- Support coordination and timing of each activity
- Adapt communication depending on participant expectations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence
Requirements
- Based in Tokyo
- Good knowledge of the city and its main districts
- Comfortable interacting with visitors
- Fluent in Italian OR French (at least one required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
- Freelance / independent contractor
- Flexible schedule depending on availability
- Activities last approximately 3–8 hours
- Compensation per assignment (around ¥22,000/day depending on activity)
