ステークホルダーと連携し、システム要件を収集・分析し、機能面、非機能面、パフォーマンス面を含む詳細なシステム仕様を策定

機能分解を含むECUのシステムアーキテクチャを定義・維持

CAN/EthernetネットワークとUDSを用いたECU間通信および診断コンセプトを定義
-
車両要件からシステム設計・検証成果物に至るまで、エンドツーエンドのトレーサビリティを保証
-
システム仕様/設計レビューを主導・参加し、OEM、サプライヤー、社内ステークホルダーとの技術的な説明のサポート
-
開発フェーズおよびSOPフェーズ全体を通して、システム統合、検証、問題解決をサポート
-
客先および部門横断的なステークホルダーとのシステムレベルの技術インターフェースとしてのサポート
-
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, and develop detailed system specifications covering functional, non-functional and performance aspects
-
Define and maintain system architecture for ECUs including functional decomposition
-
Define inter-ECU communication and diagnostics concepts using CAN/Ethernet networks and UDS
-
Ensure end-to-end traceability from vehicle requirements to system design and verification artifacts
-
Lead and participate in system specification/Design reviews and handle technical clarifications with OEM, suppliers and internal stakeholders
-
Support system integration, validation and issue resolution across development and SOP phases
-
Act as a system-level technical interface with customers and cross-functional stakeholders

車載ECUのシステム仕様開発における5年以上の経験
-
インフォテインメント、ボディ、ADAS、ゲートウェイ、パワートレインなどのドメインコントローラーに関する経験
-
CAN、CAN FD、Ethernet、SOME/IP、DoIPなどの車載通信プロトコルに関する知識
-
設計レビュー、RCA（Return on Assessment：評価）の実施が可能。システムエンジニアリングプロセスに精通していること
-
優れたコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント能力
-
一つ以上の車載ECUプログラムの量産経験
-
5+ years of experience in System Specification Development for automotive ECUs
-
Experience with Domain controllers like Infotainment, Body, ADAS, Gateway, Powertrain etc.
-
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SOME/IP & DoIP
-
Able to perform Design Reviews, RCAs, Familiarity with System Engineering processes
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience in at least one automotive ECU program delivered to mass production
