Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Test Specialist to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for regular system releases.
In this role, you will work closely with business users, the APAC Test Manager, and an offshore development team in India to ensure smooth and high‑quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan, coordinate, and lead UAT activities with business users for regular releases
-Track test execution progress and report status clearly to stakeholders
-Manage defects using JIRA, including logging, tracking, and follow‑up
-Work closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes and validation
-Communicate test progress, issues, and release readiness between business and IT teams
-Prepare test documentation and status reports
Continuously improve testing processes and quality
・Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in software testing or QA
Hands‑on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA / Confluence
-Good understanding of the testing lifecycle and best practices
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with local, regional, and offshore teams
-Detail‑oriented with good organization and reporting skills
