職務概要:
アソシエイト(TS)は、シニアメンバーの指導のもとで、ワークブックの作成、財務分析、報告書の作成を行い、プロジェクト実行をサポートする役割を担います。
主な業務内容:-
データ収集・整理、基礎分析、報告書作成など、シニアメンバーの指示に基づく成果物を作成する

DCFモデル(EBITDA、NWC、Capex)、ネットデット概念、基本的な分析手法を理解する
必要なスキル・資質:-
学士号/専攻: 会計、ファイナンス等

会計知識、財務分析、FDD、DCFモデル、Excel・PowerPoint等のスキル
-
必要資格: CPA(公認会計士/ 米国公認会計士等 )、簿記検定2級以上
-
日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
-
日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
-
歓迎スキル: 英語、Power BI、Tableau
職務経験:-
1〜3年程度の関連業務経験(例: 監査、会計関連実務等)

The Team:
The Associate, Transaction Services (TS) plays a support role in project execution by preparing workbook, conducting financial analyses, and drafting reports under close supervision.
How you will contribute:

Create deliverables including data collection, cleansing, basic analysis, and reporting based on senior members' instructions.

Understand key components of DCF models (EBITDA, NWC, Capex), net debt concepts, and basic analytical methods.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, etc
-
Accounting knowledge, financial analysis, FDD, DCF Model, excel skills, power points, etc
Desirable skills (English, Power BI, Tableau) -
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) & Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Level 2 or above)

Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.

Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas

1–3 years of relevant professional/business experience (e.g. audit, accounting) .
