Planning Manager
Location: Sagamihara
As Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering effective supply chain planning for Lonza’s Sagamihara manufacturing site. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end planning activities, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute directly to achieving customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you will do:
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory and service levels
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes
Lead and develop a team of planning professionals
Contribute to regional and global supply chain initiatives
What we are looking for:
Experience in production or supply planning in manufacturing
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Leadership and people development capability
ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
