As a member of the Global HR Digital Team, you will play a key role in providing technical support to ensure the stability and seamless operation of our global HR systems. This position is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in various HR systems—including SAP SuccessFactors modules, payroll, and time & attendance management—who is eager to grow their career in a truly global environment.
Your primary focus will be maintaining daily system "health," resolving support tickets, managing data integrity, and supporting global project rollouts, effectively translating business needs into digital solutions.
Application Management Services (AMS): Manage the day-to-day technical health of HR-related systems. Handle global inquiries and support tickets via Jira, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve system issues.
System Configuration & Changes: Implement system updates to meet evolving business needs, including updating business rules, adjusting permission roles, and maintaining configuration workbooks.
Process Documentation: Maintain global configuration workbooks and create user guides/manuals to translate technical system changes into clear, accessible language for the HR community.
Module Rollout Support: Support business and technical streams for future module rollouts to overseas subsidiaries, including data mapping, migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment setup.
Data Stewardship: Perform strict data auditing and cleansing to maintain a "Single Source of Truth," while promoting the strategic importance of data accuracy across the business.
Requirements Definition & Documentation: Partner with the Global HR Digital Leader to document business requirements from stakeholders, converting business challenges into "user stories" for future system enhancements and functional design.
Scope of Change: Duties may be reassigned or modified based on aptitude and company requirements.

【Required Experience & Skills】
Experience in HR digital transformation, or hands-on experience in HR system implementation/operation.
Experience Level Guidelines:
From Consulting Firms: * Early-career professionals / Second new graduates (approx. 1–2 years of experience) are welcome to apply. System certifications in SAP, Workday, etc., will be highly valued as a strong indicator of potential.
From In-House/Enterprise Backgrounds: * Approx. 5+ years of experience in HR system operation and maintenance, with a proven track record of communicating directly with business stakeholders.
【Language Skills】
English: Conversational level or higher required (a strong willingness to learn and improve post-hire is acceptable). Professional-level reading and writing is highly preferred, as you will handle English inquiries from global members via email and ticketing tools.
Japanese: Native or professional proficiency (N1 level preferred) capable of handling domestic operation and maintenance support.
【Preferred Qualifications】
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (specifically EC, PMGM, Compensation, or Onboarding).
Official SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification (EC, PMGM, Compensation, or Onboarding).
Experience driving system implementation projects from requirements definition through to Go-Live support.
HRIS experience within a global manufacturing company with complex organizational structures.
Knowledge of system integrations linking HR with payroll, time & attendance, or LMS (Learning Management Systems).
