Founded in 2017, Wouse English School is on a mission to provide a fun and engaging learning environment for young learners. Our name, a blend of "World" and "House," reflects our commitment to creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere where children can enjoy learning English. We're currently looking for dedicated English teachers to bring this vision to life for our elementary and middle school students.
Position Overview:
As an instructor at Wouse English School, you'll be at the heart of our mission to make English learning enjoyable and accessible. You'll work with young learners, crafting lessons that are not only educational but also engaging and fun, in line with our philosophy that a relaxed environment is key to effective learning.
Key Responsibilities:
・Design and deliver English lessons that are both fun and educational, tailored to the needs of elementary and middle school students.
・Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to enjoy their language learning journey.
・Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve in a supportive manner.
What We Offer:
・A competitive hourly wage of 1,300 JPY during trial period (1 month), with the potential for raises based on performance. According to the experience, trial period will be exempted then wage becomes 1,400 JPY/hour
・A travel allowance of up to 1,000 JPY per day.
・Open Monday to Friday, 15:30 - 19:00, with the flexibility of working 1-2 days a week.
・A commitment to a healthy work-life balance, with no expectation of overtime service.

Shifts are flexible and can be arranged.
