仕事内容:
WABI SABI OSAKA is a guesthouse with a cafe and a co-working space connected to it, located in Naniwa-ku, Osaka. We would like to welcome anyone who has the skills we are looking for, regardless of their nationality.
Your role :
You will be in charge of event management ( promotion, planning and hosting events ).
You'll be doing tours for customers ( we currently arrange sento tours ).
In charge of check-in and cleaning the rooms in the guesthouse and the other facilities.

Salary : min ¥1200/hour, but is negotiable depending on skills and experience.

What we are looking for :
An openminded and punctual person with very good English skills who is interested in working with people and providing others with great experiences, chats or even events.
Please be local to Osaka city. This means that a person who is located more than 40 minutes away isn't suitable.
The ideal person :
- Has experience in hospitality
- Ensures that he/she meets all set deadlines.
- Has knowledge of customer service and hospitality
- Isn't afraid to do cleaning when required.
- Has a big passion for great service.
- Has experience working in a cafe, restaurant or bar
- Has a fluent level of English both written and spoken.
- Speaks a little Japanese or is willing to learn.
勤務時間・曜日:
Your schedule :
- This position requires you to work on both weekdays and weekend.
- The amount of hours is flexible but around 15-25 hours per week. This might increase after the country opens up again but also depends on your schedule.
休暇・休日:
Due to our shift schedule, our days off vary, but we provide all statutory leave, such as paid vacation. We also offer special leave, such as leave for weddings and funerals.
