Our Team
Process Optimization Teamは,2026年5月に発足した新しい組織であり,製品ライフサイクル後半における収益性向上と価値創出を担っています。
Plant PDE Teamは,日本国内の工場(静岡•鹿児島)に常駐し,製品設計の視点から量産品の価値向上および収益最大化に取り組んでいます。
チ-ムは現在5名体制で,スマ-トフォン,タブレット,AR/VR向けなどMobile市場における高密度BtBコネクタの設計•開発経験を持つメンバ-で構成されています。
新製品立上げや派生モデル開発においては,設計から量産まで-貫して担当し,顧客との直接コミュニケ-ションを通じてグロ-バルに価値を発揮します。
What You Will Do
- 新製品の量産立上げをリ-ドし,市場で競争力のある製品へ仕上げる
- 極数展開や派生モデル開発を通じてビジネス拡大に貢献する
•量産プロセスにおける再現性•安定性の高い仕組みを構築する
- 既存量産製品の設計改善による価値向上および収益最大化を推進する
- 顧客および製造拠点と連携し,技術課題の解決をリ-ドする
Who You Are - Basic Qualifications
- メ-カ-での実務経験1年以上
- 日本語:母国語レベル
- 英語:ビジネスレベル,またはビジネス初級レベル(学習意欲がある方)

•電気•電子部品メ-カ-での製品開発経験(1年以上)
•モノづくりへの強い興味•関心
•電気•電子部品やモバイル業界への関心
