Bilingual Junior IT Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bilingual Junior IT Engineers who are passionate about building a long-term career in IT.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with an IT background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies while working on enterprise projects across multiple domains.
Responsibilities
- Participate in application development, support, and maintenance projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Support system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Learn and work with various technologies based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams in Japanese and English.
- Continuously improve technical and business knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese – Mandatory
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- IT-related education or practical IT experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
- Flexible to work on different projects and technical domains.
