Background of recruitment：
Environmental conservation activities are a crucial foundation supporting all our business operations. In our growth strategy "TOP I 2030," we have identified the "Realize Mid-Term Environmental Goals 2030" as a key issue under "Growth Foundation," one of the five reforms to achieve our strategic goals. We aim to become a global role model leading the resolution of environmental issues. In particular, under one of our key materialities, 'Contribution to circularity and water management,' we aim to realize a society where resources are utilized effectively. To strengthen the design and execution of business activities aligned with a circular economy?including zero waste emissions?we are seeking a professional who can lead the promotion of the circular economy, with a strong focus on advancing recycling and resource circulation.
Description of work：
・Independently formulate company-wide circular economy promotion strategies, and lead and drive these initiatives while involving relevant departments.
・Lead the development and execution of plans for relevant environmental goals (from building hypotheses to formulating implementation plans).
・Independently promote the formulation of audit plans, auditor training, and assurance of completion of Findings (CAPA) in the environmental and waste sectors
・Monitoring trends in domestic and international environmental and waste-related laws, including the Waste Management Act, and establishing and promoting company-wide compliance systems and management processes
・Conduct advanced analyses of external environments and advanced cases, and lead the planning and practical work of measures to solve issues by involving other departments.
Position Features：

求める資格：
CEFR B2以上（TOEIC：Listening 400以上・Reading 以上）

Desired experience：
・Practical experience and project promotion related to waste reduction, recycling and reuse, or circular economy at the company-wide level
・Deep practical experience in environmental-related laws such as the Waste Management Act, and experience building company-wide compliance systems and management processes based on these
・Experience leading environmental impact reduction and resource circulation initiatives that involve the entire supply chain (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
・Experience in operating environmental management systems (such as ISO14001) and leading company-wide or global environmental and waste audits
・Experience leading data collection and report preparation for ESG external evaluations and information disclosure
・Experience in practical guidance and development for juniors and young staff
