As a Senior Accountant, you’ll:
- Review and deliver accurate financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
- Coach and support junior accountants to grow their skills.
- Work directly with international clients—joining calls, solving challenges, and helping businesses thrive in Japan.
- Partner with managers on client pitches and presentations.

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of accounting experience (SPC, real estate, investment firms, or BPO preferred).
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
- Native Japanese + business English.
- Strong communication and client service mindset.

勤務時間: 7~8 hours (flex time: as early as 9:00 and as late as 11:00 am)
