エスカレーション管理 - プロジェクトを成功に導くために、課題を特定・評価・管理し、必要に応じて上位管理者へのエスカレーション
[技術活動]

AVM開発プログラムの構想段階から製品リリースに至るまでの全工程における開発業務

AVM、RVC、カメラシステム、LVDS/GMSL、診断機能、CAN/CAN FD/LIN/イーサネットインターフェースへの対応

DRBFM、FMEA、FTA、ISO 26262 等の信頼性評価活動の実施

EIPF、SIL、HIL、車両試験等の検証活動の実施

営業部門と連携し、顧客ロードマップに沿った積極的な提案を行う

顧客との協議に参加し、積極的な技術提案を行う

提案書作成業務
Manage global team who are supporting Leading Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer.
[Management Activities]
-
Take ownership of the entire Work Packages being executed for the customer.

Close interaction with cross functional Team (coordinate technical discussions)

Coordinate activities of onsite offshore team members and facilitate the following

Defining project scope and objectives

Planning of resources
-
Manage / Coordinate other resource requirements – System, Environment etc.

Drive execution plans through to completion, globally

Interact with customer managers to understand road maps

Hiring roadmap creation and related tasks aligned with customer road map

Manage periodic meetings with customers

Responsible for Review Meetings at regular intervals with senior management
-
Responsible for weekly and monthly status reporting to customers

Escalation management- Identify, assess, and manage issues to the success of the project, know when escalation is required
[Technical Activities]

Support end-to-end execution of AVM development programs from concept through production launch
-
Support AVM, RVC, camera systems, LVDS/GMSL, diagnostics, CAN/CAN/ FD/LIN/Ethernet interfaces
-
Coordinate DRBFM, FMEA, FTA, ISO 26262 and compliance activities
-
Support EIPF, SIL, HIL, vehicle testing and defect management

Work with sales in providing proactive proposals that align with customer road map

Participate in customer discussions for proactive proposals, budget finalization

OEMまたはティア1での勤務経験。

IT業界における15年以上の実務経験、そのうち10年はプロジェクト／プログラム管理の経験
-
ADASおよびインフォテインメントドメインにおけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
-
自動車分野における5年以上の実務経験。
-
AVM、SVM、RVCなどを含む、自動車用カメラシステムに関する経験
-
生産や品質管理における実務経験
-
複数の生産プログラムに携わった実務経験
-
優れた顧客とのコミュニケーション能力およびプロセス管理能力
-
英語と日本語の両方で、社内外の顧客と円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
-
優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力
-
グローバルチームでの業務経験（異文化間、異職種間のコミュニケーションの経験）

プロジェクトの開始から完了までの活動に関する経験

Overall IT Industrial experience of 15+ years with 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management

Project Management experience in ADAS and Infotainment domain

Experience in Automotive domain 5+ years

Experience in Automotive ADAS Camera Systems, Including AVM, SVM,RVC etc.

Worked in production program and involved in all phases

Hands on experience in working multiple production programs

Excellent customer-facing experience. Good customer communication, tracking, follow up and process management skills

Proven experience in people management across multiple teams, across time zones

Fluent communication with internal / customer in both English and Japanese

Working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience

Experience from Project initiation to closure
