本ポジションでは、ロボティクスおよび自動化製品の量産体制構築に向けて、工場立ち上げ、生産導入、生産設備導入に関するプロジェクトを推進していただきます。設計、製造、生産技術、サプライチェーン、外部ベンダーと連携しながら、試作から量産準備までの円滑な実行をリードしていただきます。
In this role, you will lead factory setup, production introduction, and manufacturing equipment implementation projects to establish mass production capabilities for robotics and automation products. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, production engineering, supply chain teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution from prototype stages through mass production readiness.

・工場立ち上げ、生産導入、生産設備導入に関するプロジェクト計画の策定および実行をリードする
・開発、設計、製造、生産技術、サプライチェーン、外部ベンダー間のクロスファンクショナルな連携を推進する
・プロジェクトのスケジュール、マイルストーン、成果物、課題、リスクを管理し、計画通りの実行を支援する
・試作、工程検証、量産準備フェーズにおける進捗、課題、変更点を可視化し、必要に応じて迅速にエスカレーションする
・設備導入、工程立ち上げ、現場受入、検証、品質確認に関する進捗管理を支援する
・ROI、事業性、コスト効果に関する分析資料の作成および意思決定支援を行う
・プロジェクト関連文書、報告資料、議事録、変更管理プロセスを管理し、関係者間の認識合わせを行う
Key responsibilities
・Lead project planning and execution for factory setup, production introduction, and manufacturing equipment implementation
・Drive cross-functional collaboration among development, design, manufacturing, production engineering, supply chain teams, and external vendors
・Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, issues, and risks to support on-time execution
・Visualize progress, issues, and changes during prototype, process validation, and mass production preparation phases, and escalate critical matters in a timely manner
・Support progress management for equipment implementation, process launch, site acceptance, validation, and quality confirmation activities
・Prepare analysis materials related to ROI, business feasibility, and cost-effectiveness to support decision-making
・Manage project documentation, reporting materials, meeting minutes, and change management processes to ensure stakeholder alignment
・工場立ち上げ、生産導入、生産設備導入、または製造関連プロジェクトにおける5年以上の実務経験
・製造プロセス、量産準備、または工場オペレーションに関する基本的な理解
・複数部門と連携しながら、プロジェクトの進捗、課題、リスク、成果物を管理した経験
・設計、製造、生産技術、サプライチェーン、外部ベンダーなどの関係者と調整し、プロジェクトを推進した経験
・プロジェクト関連文書、報告資料、議事録、変更点を整理・管理できるドキュメンテーション能力
・日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・工学、製造、生産技術、プロジェクト管理、または関連分野の学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験
・5+ years of experience in factory setup, production introduction, manufacturing equipment implementation, or manufacturing-related projects
・Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, mass production preparation, or factory operations
・Experience managing project progress, issues, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with multiple departments
・Experience coordinating with stakeholders such as design, manufacturing, production engineering, supply chain teams, and external vendors to drive project execution
・Ability to organize and manage project documentation, reporting materials, meeting minutes, and change records
・Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

・海外ベンダー、海外エンジニアリングチーム、またはグローバルプロジェクトとの協業経験
・Jira、Confluence、またはその他のプロジェクト管理・可視化ツールの使用経験
・PMP、CAPM、Scrum Master、Lean Six Sigma、または関連するプロジェクト管理・改善活動の資格
・中国語での業務コミュニケーション能力
・Project experience related to robotics, automation systems, AGV / AMR, material handling equipment, inspection equipment, or assembly automation
・Experience with equipment specification review, layout planning, FAT / SAT, process validation, or post-launch improvement activities
・Experience preparing analysis materials related to ROI, investment effectiveness, business feasibility, or cost reduction impact
・Experience working with overseas vendors, overseas engineering teams, or global projects
・Experience using Jira, Confluence or other project management and visualization tools
・PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant project management or continuous improvement certifications
・Business communication skills in Chinese
