<About the role. You will>
- Be active in B2B sales activities
- Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies
- Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area
- Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members
- Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as needed by the project (scope of tasks can depend on the current project engagement)
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
- Act as a Scrum Master with an option to develop as an Agile Coach

About the requirements. You need:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment (experience from international companies would be an asset)
- Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models
- Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
- To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems
- To ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills
- Experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
- Ability to work in Japan on a full-time basis
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Great command of English (over TOEIC 900) and Japanese (over N1 level), being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers
- Show interest in supporting business development activities in Japan.

- Experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance
- Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team
- International higher education

- While having the main office in Tokyo, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time
