This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery—from current-state assessments to improvement proposals and implementation support—based on facility and power data from factories, buildings, and data centers. The objective is to optimize energy efficiency.
In addition to delivering visible outcomes such as equipment improvements and cost reductions, the role offers opportunities to systematically develop practical skills in power, thermal systems, facilities, and data analysis. Analyze and visualize energy usage

Conduct assessments (energy efficiency diagnostics) of electrical systems, boilers, heat recovery systems, HVAC, and production equipment

Develop measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs

Support implementation of equipment and operational improvements

Verify effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Manage client communication and project delivery

Experience in consulting or in energy/facilities-related roles

Experience in data analysis and problem-solving

Japanese Native level/English proficiency (business conversation level or above)
