Details:
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, plan annual strategies, select partners, and lead service execution.
- Develop promotion strategies, oversee copywriting, manage creatives, and supervise video production.
- Oversee live streaming campaigns, manage ad placements, drive operational performance, and apply PDCA cycles to optimize user engagement and revenue. Create and distribute press releases, update official websites, manage social media channels, and handle related communications tasks.

Our development style differs for Character Games.
Character Games
- We plan games targeted at users who love character-driven content.
- We shape the optimal concept by combining market demand, core technologies, and compelling narratives.
- As the lead managing partner, we coordinate budgeting with publishers, IP holders, developers, and production companies.
- We lead the planning, development, and operation, overseeing game supervision and providing comprehensive production.
- We also focus on the creation of original IPs.
求める人材:
Required Experience/Skills:
- Ability to understand Japanese and conduct business-level conversations.(Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification or Business Japanese Proficiency Test (BJT) score of 530+ is preferred.)
- Over 2 years of practical digital marketing experience at a business company (non-agency).
Necessary PC Skills:
- Proficiency in using Office software, various development management tools and Generative AI on a PC or smartphone.
- Ability to input text via touch typing.
Welcomed Experience/Skills:
- Over 2 years of practical marketing experience in the game industry.
- Over 2 years of experience in digital ad delivery and operation at an advertising agency.
- Foreign Language Proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Portuguese, Hindi) Note: Our current official company language is Japanese, but we may transition to English in the future.

Flexible time:
- Starting time range 6:00am - 10:00am
- Ending time range 15:00pm - 19:00pm
Regular working hours:
- 8 hours/ break time: 60 minutes (13:00pm - 14:00pm)

* Annual salary system, determined based on company policies, taking into account experience, previous compensation, skills, and potential.

* Senior: ¥5,170,830 - ¥11,001,760
* Crew: ¥3,887,290 - ¥5,632,900
* Assistant: ¥3,656,260 - ¥4,426,380
*Contract employee
* Senior: ¥5,170,830 - ¥7,352,850

* Assistant: ¥3,546,940 - ¥4,426,380
* Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 14 months.
* Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 30 hours per month (¥52,289 - ¥162,188/month), paid regardless of whether overtime is worked.
* (This includes 15 hours of late-night overtime per month + 4 hours of holiday overtime per month. Any overtime exceeding this will be paid separately.)
Commuting Allowance
- Actual expenses reimbursed (up to a maximum of ¥100,000 per month).
Salary Increase
- Once per year.
- Previous year's actual increase range: 3.50% – 6.00%.
Bonus
- Twice a year (summer/winter), equivalent to one month's salary each time.
- Evaluated based on attendance rate and achievement level.
Special Bonus
- Paid 6 times in the past 2.5 years.
- Evaluated based on company performance and individual contribution.
