Role Overview
We are currently seeking individuals based in Osaka to participate in city-based activities involving small groups of visitors.
This role focuses on supporting participants during their activities, providing general local insights, and ensuring that each session runs smoothly in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany participants during scheduled activities across Osaka
- Provide general information about the city’s environment and daily life
- Support coordination and ensure smooth flow of each activity
- Adapt communication based on participant needs and preferences
- Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude
Requirements
- Based in Osaka
- Good familiarity with the city and its main areas
- Comfortable interacting with international visitors
- Fluent in Italian (native or near-native level required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
- Freelance / independent contractor
- Flexible schedule depending on availability
- Activities last approximately 3–8 hours
- Compensation per assignment (around ¥22,000/day depending on activity)
