- Balance sheets are maintained with integrity, including monitoring reconciliation quality for accounts maintained by other finance groups (e.g. trade spend accruals, accounts receivables)
- Work with business to deliver cash-flow and cash conversion cycle targets, and analysis of performance, engaging stakeholders from other finance streams (e.g. sales controlling) as well as nonfinance stakeholders (e.g. Procurement) to manage risk in delivering cash-flow objectives. Develop the Cash Flow forecasting process locally and own the monthly reporting and analysis with local leadership team
- At relevant quarters, ensure taxes are reported accurately for USGAAP purposes, providing review function for SOX purposes
- Lead complex accounting areas like restructuring accounting, pension accounting
- Ensure accurate and timely indirect tax filings
- Work with third party service provider and local tax manager to resolve tax audits / queries from local tax authorities
- Treasury
- Maintain bank relations
- Oversee forex activities including hedging
- Maintain relations with Insurance companies
- Oversee tax reporting

- 5-7 years’ experience in technical finance role with minimum 3 years’ controlling experience at senior level. Exposure to commercial/analytical finance role is a plus
- Knowledge of USGAAP accounting and JGAAP, end to end business process in a large corporate environment essential. Tax reporting knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with SOX Controls desirable, but not required
