仕事内容:
Join "WOW," a cultural storytellrt platform by Yummy Guide, Inc. We are looking for "Wowie" members—passionate storytellers who bridge the gap between Japan’s invisible values and world travelers.
[The Mission]
Beyond simple translation, you will interpret the "spirit" and "atmosphere" of Japan’s most exclusive locations, from the pre-dawn energy of Toyosu Market to the private sanctuaries of master artisans.
[Key Responsibilities / Scope of Duties]
- Initial Duties: Providing high-end English guiding and storytelling for international guests at designated cultural sites.
- Scope of Change: No changes expected outside the scope of assigned cultural projects.
[Requirements]
- English: Near-native or Fluent (Ability to articulate philosophy, history, and emotions).
- Passion: A genuine love for Japanese food, traditional crafts, or modern architecture.
- Mindset: High hospitality standards and a proactive, flexible attitude.
- Experience: Licensed Guide-Interpreters or experienced curators are highly encouraged. *We provide training for those with no prior experience.
[Working Conditions]
- Workplace: Various locations across Japan (including Tokyo, Kyoto, etc.).
- Scope of Change: Locations designated by specific project assignments.
- Contract Term: Project-based (Fixed-term for each assignment).
- Contract Renewal: Based on performance and project availability.
- Working Hours: Variable based on projects (e.g., 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Includes appropriate rest periods as per labor regulations.

- Per Project: ¥6,000 – ¥15,000+ (Varies by duration and complexity).
- Example: Toyosu Market Session (approx. 3.5 hrs): ¥10,000 (Incl. transport).

【主な業務内容 / 業務の変更の範囲】
- 本採用時の業務内容： 指定された文化施設や体験スポットにおける、外国人ゲストへの英語ガイドおよびストーリーテリング。
- 業務の変更の範囲： アサインされた文化プロジェクトの範囲外への変更はありません。
【応募要件】
- 英語力： ネイティブレベルまたは流暢なレベル（哲学、歴史、感情などを深く表現できる方）。
- 情熱： 日本の食、伝統工芸、現代建築などに対して、心からの愛着を持っている方。
- マインドセット： 高いホスピタリティと、自律的かつ柔軟に動ける姿勢。
- 経験： 全国通訳案内士の有資格者、またはキュレーターなどの実務経験者大歓迎。※未経験者の場合は研修いたします。
【勤務条件】
- 就業場所： 東京都内、京都、その他日本全国の各プロジェクト拠点。
- 就業場所の変更の範囲： プロジェクトごとに指定される場所（直行直帰が基本です）。
- 契約期間： プロジェクトごとの契約（案件単位の有期雇用）。
- 契約の更新： パフォーマンスおよびプロジェクトの発生状況に応じて判断。
- 勤務時間： プロジェクトにより変動（例：4:00〜8:00、10:00〜14:00など）。労働法に基づいた適切な休憩時間を設けます。
【報酬】
- 1案件につき： 6,000円 〜 15,000円＋（拘束時間や内容により変動）
- 例：豊洲市場セッション（約3.5時間）：10,000円（交通費込）
