We are a global leader in advanced 3D concrete printing technology, and we are looking for talented Designers and Architects based in Japan to join our international design team.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of design, architecture, AI, advanced manufacturing and 3D printing — creating objects, architectural elements and new design identities that can move from a digital concept into the physical world.
What You’ll Do
- Join and collaborate with our international design team.
- Help build and develop our global online design catalog.
- Create innovative architectural elements, objects and design concepts specifically developed for 3D concrete printing.
- Explore new forms, geometries and design languages made possible by additive manufacturing.
- Work closely with technology, engineering and material-development teams to transform ideas into printable products.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English – a must.
- Strong design understanding and visual thinking.
- Good command of professional design software.
- Creativity, curiosity and a passion for exploring new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as part of an international remote team.
Advantages

- AI-generated visualization and rendering tools

- Computational or parametric design
No Previous Architectural Experience Required
You do not need previous professional experience in architecture.

Working Hours & Schedule
- This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preference.
- Our team in Israel works between 07:00 and 17:00 Israel time, and working hours should overlap with this schedule.
- Candidates may choose a schedule of approximately 5 hours per day for a part-time position or up to 9 hours per day for a full-time position.
- For employees based in Japan, this generally corresponds to approximately 13:00–23:00 Japan time, depending on the season.
- The exact daily schedule can be agreed upon together, based on the employee’s preferred working hours and the needs of the international team.
- Remote / Work from home.
