Signal チ-ムは,Product Manager,Product Engineer,Project manager のグル-プで構成されており,米国に本社を置き,インド,シンガポ-ル,韓国,日本,その他多くの国にメンバ-を擁する,グロ-バルチ-ムです。私たちProject manager は,ビジネスユニットの目標に沿って,新製品をリリ-スするために,プロジェクトQCD を提供し,部門横断的なリ-ダ-シップを提供しています。
What You Will Do
コンセプトから商品化まで,新製品開発プロジェクトの実現においてプロジェクト マネ-ジャ-をサポ-トします。
- EV/DV/PV/顧客向けサンプルの調整
- 顧客へのサンプル出荷の管理
- 変更要求と記録の管理
- 詳細なアクションプランの策定と追跡
- チ-ムメンバ-と連携を図り,ワ-クフロ-を円滑に進める
•プロジェクトリスクを特定•エスカレ-ションし,必要に応じて解決策を策定する
•関係者とコミュニケ-ションを取り,プロジェクトの要件,範囲,目標を特定•定義する
- 経験値に必要に応じた追加のサポ-トを提供する。
- 経験値に応じて追加のプロジェクトタスクを引き受ける。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Project manager を目指している方
- 5 年以上の社会人経験
- 大小にかかわらずグロ-バルネットワ-クでリ-ドした経験
- アイディアを表現し,明確かつ簡潔に情報交換する能力,またそれを実証するために適切なコミュニケ-ション(効果的な書面,口頭)能力
- 日本語 ビジネスレベル
- 英語 ビジネス初級レベル

- エレクトロニクス / 自動車 / エンジニアリング,製造業における経験があれば尚可
- 新製品開発プロセスに関する知識/経験があれば尚可
