ニッポン・ベクトン・ディッキンソン株式会社の地域営業マネージャーとして、担当地域の売上目標達成と市場シェア拡大を担っていただきます。強力なリーダーシップを発揮し、営業チームを牽引し、顧客との関係構築を通じてビジネス成長に貢献します。
【職務内容】
- 担当地域の営業戦略の立案、実行、および進捗管理。
- 営業目標の達成に向けた営業活動の計画、実行、および管理。
- 営業チームの採用、育成、評価、およびモチベーション維持。
- 主要顧客との関係構築および維持、新規顧客開拓。
- 市場動向、競合他社分析に基づいた戦略的アプローチの策定。
- 製品知識を深め、顧客への適切な提案と技術サポートの提供。
- 社内関連部署（マーケティング、カスタマーサービスなど）との連携。
- 売上予測、予算管理、および報告書作成。
- コンプライアンス遵守および倫理的なビジネス慣行の徹底。
【応募資格】
- 大卒以上。
- 医療機器または関連業界での営業経験5年以上。
- 営業管理職としての経験3年以上。
- 優れたリーダーシップおよびチームマネジメントスキル。
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力。
- 分析的思考力と問題解決能力。
- PCスキル（Microsoft Office全般）。
- 出張が可能な方。
