The position of Field Support Specialist is within our IDDM-Japan located at Japan.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality field support for diagnostic equipment, ensuring stable operation, improving customer satisfaction, and building long-term customer relationships.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / 大卒・高専・大学院卒相当

Valid driver’s license / 普通自動車運転免許
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in diagnostic or medical device industry / 検査機器・医療機器業界経験

Service engineer experience / サービスエンジニア経験

Basic life science knowledge / 基礎的なライフサイエンス知識
