JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates the overall service operations of the assigned section to ensure smooth workflow
- Strives to deliver an exceptional dining experience to all guests
- Anticipates guest needs and provides prompt, attentive, and courteous service
- Is thoroughly knowledgeable about all menu items, beverage selections, and daily specials
- Assist staff training and assist Supervisor in the coordination of the daily restaurant operations

- 担当セクションのサービス業務全体を調整し、円滑な運営を確保する
- すべてのゲストに対して、卓越したダイニング体験を提供するよう努める
- ゲストのニーズを先回りして把握し、的確かつ丁寧なサービスを提供する
- メニュー、ドリンクリスト、日替わりスペシャルなど、すべての提供内容に精通する
- スタッフのトレーニングを支援し、スーパーバイザーの補佐として日々のレストラン業務の調整を行う
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of work experience in the food and beverage department.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Working knowledge of restaurant management system (e.g. MICROS POS)
- Competent computing skills
- Excellent communicator with personable character and a passion in guest relations management
- Preferred: Experience in a luxury hotel.
- Additionally, we are seeking a team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.

- MICROS POSなどのレストラン管理システムに関する実務的な知識
- 業務に必要なコンピュータ操作の知識
