Working Hours Shift schedule (8 working hours per day with a 60-minute break)
Days Off 119 days off per year
Closing Day No fixed closing day

Probation Period 3 months (No change in employment conditions)
Salary JPY 280,000 - 400,000 per month Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end bar
- Ability to communicate with guests in English
- Bartender certification and/or Sommelier qualification
- Experience serving VIP guests
- Advanced knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology
- Previous experience with Marriott brands
