カスタマーサポート業務(音声、メール、チャット)
スマホ・スマートウォッチ等の故障・予約・操作案内等のサポート業務
アプリに関して、使い方、課金トラブル、機種変更の際のアプリの移行等の問い合わせ対応
有料クラウドサービスをご利用頂いている会員様からの問い合わせ対応
検索エンジンでの検索結果やインターネット上のMapサービス上に存在する「店舗・企業情報の 無料管理ツール」を利用している企業様の問い合わせ対応*
公式SNSアカウントを使用した問い合わせ対応
