PANDA Academy is a growing language education school in Tokyo. We provide a supportive and engaging learning environment and are expanding our English language program.
We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team as a Contract Employee (契約社員).

English Teacher
Employment Type: Contract Employee (契約社員)
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Salary: From ¥160,000 per monthTransportation: Transportation allowance provided

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and teach engaging English lessons for students of different ages and proficiency levels
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation skills
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, activities, and classroom exercises
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ learning needs
- Create a positive, encouraging, and interactive classroom environment
- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain good communication with students and, when necessary, parents/guardians
- Keep attendance and basic student progress records
- Participate in teacher meetings, training, and curriculum development
- Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff
- Support the development and growth of PANDA Academy’s English program

- Excellent English communication skills

求める人材:
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous English teaching experience
- Experience teaching children, teenagers, or adults
- Previous experience working at a language school or educational institution
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Japanese language ability is a plus, but not required

Saturday sunday5days in one week
